Member of the Credit Committee.
Extensive career in senior positions,
including policy development and country
program negotiations, at the International
Monetary Fund, Washington DC, between
1973 and 2000. From 2000, has held senior
management positions at the Credit Agricole
Group in Paris, including Member of the Executive
Committee of the corporate and investment bank and board member of several
entities in structured asset management, futures
brokerage, and fund administration. Educated
at Oxford University, England, and Columbia
University, New York, has conducted
research on financial issues at Princeton and
Oxford Universities, and has also published a
number of books and research papers in this
field.
