companies. Former Governor of the Central
Bank of Iran (1968-70) as well as Member of
the Cabinet and Head of Iran's Budget and
Plan Organisation (1970-73), and Chairman of
Industries Bank of Iran (1973-79). Economics
graduate with BA and MA from Stanford University
and PhD from University of Colorado.
